STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI PENCAK SILAT PERSAUDARAAN SETIA HAT ITERATE DALAM PEMBINAAN MENTAL SPIRITUAL PADA ANGGOTA DI SMAN 07 OKU PENINJAUAN

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the process of Spiritual Mental Development for Members in SMA 07 OKU Peninjauan.  This method uses a qualitative method with the research area in Peninjauan Village, Peninjauan District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, while the object of research is Mental Spiritual Development for Members at SMA 07 OKU Peninjauan.  This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews.  Data obtained from Observation Interview, and Documentation.  This research uses Philip Tompkins' organizational control theory.  George Cheney.  and colleagues In developing a new and useful approach to organizational communication, in which there are 4 controls that are able to build an image in members.  In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive type of research.  The results of this study can be stated that mental spiritual development in the form of socialization in the form of advice to members, patriotic spirit, discipline, mutual respect or not racism and moral formation as a provision in socializing in the community for members at SMA 07 OKU, Peninjauan District has been going well with  apply the 4 controls and organizational control theory foundations.  In addition, the existence of solid teamwork further supports the creation of good relations between members and coaches.
