ANALISIS KOMUNIKASI PEMBERDAYAAN PADA PROGRAM KAMPUNG KELUARGA BERENCANA DALAM MENINGKATKAN USAHA PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA AKSEPTOR (UPPKA) DI KELURAHAN TALANG JAWA KECAMATAN BATURAJA BARAT KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU
Abstract
Family Planning Village (KB) is a program from the government to increase the potential of community members so that they can develop and improve welfare and achieve the government's goal of suppressing the rate of population growth. The theory used in this study is the theory of Diffusion of Innovation. Diffusion of Innovation consists of two equivalent words, namely diffusion and innovation. Rogers (1983) defines diffusion as the process by which an innovation is communicated through certain channels over time among the members of a social system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the empowerment communication in the Empowerment program in the Family Planning Village Program in Increasing Acceptor Family Income Increase Business (UPPKA) in Talang Jawa Village, Baturaja Barat District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency was carried out by field extension officers as facilitators. The officer conveyed a message of empowerment to the community through the socialization of Empowerment in the Family Planning Village Program in Increasing Efforts to Increase Acceptor Family Income (UPPKA) in the Satu Hati KB Village, Talang Jawa Village, Baturaja Barat District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Empowerment messages conveyed to the community receiving the empowerment program included family planning and also the implementation of empowerment to increase the level of community welfare.
