ANALISIS FRAMING PEMBERITAAN MEDIA ONLINE DETIK.COM DAN CNN INDONESIA.COM TENTANG KARTU VAKSIN SEBAGAI SYARAT ADMINISTRASI

Abstract

This study seeks to see how the media, Detik.com and CNN Indonesia.com report vaccine cards as a condition of administration. This research used qualitative research methods with a constructivist paradigm. With Robert N Entman's framing analysis framework, Define Problems, Diagnose Causes, Make Moral Judgement, and Treatment Recommendations related to news about Vaccine Cards as a Condition of Administration. The news in the group is the issue of Vaccine Cards as a Condition of Administration. The results of this study found that Detik.com that show partiality to the regulations issued by the government by reporting the existing reality, the government makes these policies for public's safety. Meanwhile, CNNIndonesia.com seems to be more partial to the public's desire for the government should be wiser in making decisions. Judging from the use of the content of the title and news text, many people disagree with the policies made by the government because there are still many people who are afraid to be vaccinated and in some provinces have not reached the vaccination target, so that if it is implemented, it will be difficult for public to carry out activities related to administration. Researchers concluded that Detik.com tend to support vaccine cards as a condition of the administration, judging from the media that presented more vocal news about government policies that were used as regulations. On the other hand, the news published by CNN Indonesia.com provide a point of view related to the issue of vaccines as a condition of administration with a response from public to the vaccine card as a condition of administration will have a negative impact to community.
