POLA KOMUNIKASI GURU DAN ORANG TUA ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS PADA PROSES PEMBELAJARAN SISTEM DARING (DALAM JARINGAN) DI SLB SD NEGERI BATURAJA
Abstract
Children with special needs (ABK) in general can be interpreted as children who have obstacles in growth, development that experience differences, both deficiencies and advantages, physically, psychologically, emotionally and socially which distinguishes them from normal children so that children really need treatment and care. special education from teachers and parents of children who have autistic and low mental disabilities must really get special treatment from parents' teachers so that children do not feel different from other children. The theory used in this study is the theory of social penetration communication. In the theory of communication, social penetration has a process that is divided into four, namely: Orientation Stage, Exploration Exchange Stage, Affective Exchange, and Stable Exchange. and Stable Exchange. The paradigm used in this research is constructivism paradigm. The research methodology used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the communication pattern between teachers and parents of children with special needs is a movement of closeness from a shallow relationship to a more intimate relationship communication. Teachers and parents of children with special needs maintain each other's communication relationship so that good communication can be established in the online learning process. The conclusion is that the learning process for children with special needs in the online learning process at SLB SD Negeri Baturaja, the teacher provides individual services to students, uses simple learning media, uses methods and strategies that are easily understood by students and evaluates learning based on the child's abilities.
