Abstract

The purpose of the reseach was to know how the communication pattern of Bhabinkamtibmas East OKU Police and what form of communication that used between informan and the police officer in the legal guidance and conseling in the jurisdiction of East OKU Police. The data sources in the research were from corp of the Binmas East OKU Police, academics and society who were informers of the Police officer. The sample of this research was taken as many as I person of Binmas East OKU Police, 3 People from the Police Informan and 1 person from academics. The data analysis technique that used was descriptive qualitative. After conducting the research and the data analysis, the result is that in do some the series of the legal guidance activies and conseling of law in the Terukis Rahayu village office there were many changes to the society after guidance and in the interaction, the informants and the police officers using interpersonal communication. The results of this research was expected to be insight about the communication role between the informants and the police officer so that in the process of guidance to the society can reduce the crime that could be happened in the East OKU Police jurisdiction.
