Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis using multiple correlation test, it shows that the variable correlation coefficient value (R) of the study is 0.859, it can be concluded that there is a very strong correlation together between Training and Reward Giving with Employees' Satisfaction of the Ogan Komering Ulu Regional Central Bureau of Statistics which is 85.9%. Based on the results of data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation calculation, it shows that the corellation value obtained for Training (X1) with Job Satisfaction (Y) is 0.849, which means that there is a very strong correlation with criteria between Training (X1) and Job Satisfaction (Y). Correlation value is obtained for Reward Giving (X2) with Job Satisfaction (Y) of 0.612, which means that there is a strong correlation with the criteria between Reward Giving (X2) and Job Satisfaction (Y). While the simultaneous testing (jointly) of the Training (X1) and Reward (X2) variables with Job Satisfaction (Y) is 0.000. Then compared with the probability value of 0.05, it turns out that the probability value of 0.05 is greater than the Sig. F Change or 0.05 ≥ 0,000 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a very strong correlation between Training and Reward Giving and Job Satisfaction at the Ogan Komering Ulu Regional Central Bureau of Statistics.
