Edukasi Jenis-Jenis Tanaman Herbal Sebagai Ramuan untuk Meningkatkan Imunitas Tubuh

The target of this Community Service activity is the community of Singapore village, Semidang Aji District, OKU Regency. The purpose of this service activity is to educate the public about the importance of maintaining health through increasing body immunity by consuming herbs that are the heritage of the ancestors of the Indonesian nation. These herbs can be grown in the yard of the house as a living pharmacy. The implementation method used has 2 stages, namely: 1) The preparation stage includes: preparation of exposure materials, discussion and sharing with team members, search for exposure materials on the internet and books, and preparation of questionnaires. II) PKM Implementation Phase at partner locations: Distribution of questionnaires before exposure, Exposure of exposure materials to the Singapore Village community, Distribution of questionnaires after exposure. The expected target of this community service activity is to increase public knowledge about how to maintain health through increasing body immunity by consuming herbs and utilizing the home yard as a living pharmacy. The PKM target is achieved, this can be seen from the results of questionnaires distributed before and after PkM activities.

Peningkatan Kualitas Produk VCO Melalui Pendampingan Legalitas Usaha dan Branding produk pada Kelompok UMK Disabilitas Bersama Jaya Kecamatan Lubuk Raja OKU

This community service activity aims to assist UMK Bersama Jaya in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency, in obtaining product legality, especially Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and Halal certification, as well as developing Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) product branding. With a focus on empowering people with disabilities, this group seeks to improve economic welfare by producing VCO, which has significant market potential. The methods used include planning, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The activity results show that partners have succeeded in understanding the importance of business legality, having an NIB, and improving product packaging and branding. It is hoped that increasing understanding of business management can support business sustainability and increase competitiveness in the market. This activity benefits UMK Bersama Jaya members and contributes to sustainable local economic growth.

Pelatihan dan Peningkatan Kapasitas Tenaga Pendamping UMKM Menuju UMKM Naik Kelas Di Wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota Propinsi Sumatera Selatan

Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is one of the alternatives chosen by the government in an effort to develop and improve the quality of Cooperatives and UMKM so that continuous assistance is needed. Mentoring UMKM by Facilitators is an effort to find out and answer the problems and challenges faced by UMKM, so that MSMEs can be promoted to class which will ultimately have a positive impact on the economy of the people in South Sumatra. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out training and capacity building for the UMKM companion in assisting UMKM towards advancing UMKM to class. The aim of this service is that it is hoped that UMKM mentors will have professional qualities and abilities in providing assistance to UMKM so that MSMEs can be created that are professional and rise to the next class. The method used is a training and mentoring method for accompanying staff. The results obtained by training participants increased their understanding and knowledge about accompanying staff. From the results of the pre-test and post-test carried out on participants, it is clear that the increase in understanding of the assistant staff is quite significant, namely 72.4% from before. UMKM assistants in districts and cities in South Sumatra Province have played an active role in assisting UMKM to increase the scale of UMKM businesses, increase income and create more jobs. This initiative is also expected to strengthen the competitiveness of local UMKM in the global market.

Upaya Hukum Penyelesaian Sengketa Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Bagi UKM di Wilayah Kabupaten OKU, OKU Timur dan OKU Selatan

Perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI) memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam dunia perdagangan baik nasional maupun internasional. Globalisasi ditandai dengan pentingnya peranan daya saing dan keunggulan dari suatu produk. Adanya tuntutan dunia pasar global tersebut, maka UKM dimungkinkan untuk mempersiapkan dan mengarahkan hasil inovasi dan invensi yang harus mendapatkan perlindungan Kekayaan Intelektual. Kegiatan Penyuluhan Hukum PK2UMK merupakan kegiatan mendukung pemerintah dalam merealisasikan kebijakan pemerintah untuk memberikan kemudahan dan bantuan penyuluhan hukum bagi pelaku UMK tetapi pelaku UKM belum banyak mengetahui bahwa ada program penyuluhan Hukum Bagi UMK padahal permasalahan banyak muncul terkait dengan upaya hukum penyelesaian sengketa HAKI bagi UKM di beberapa Kabupaten. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dapat dipahami bahwa urgensi penyuluhan hukum bagi pelaku UKM merupakan kebijakan yang sangat tepat untuk membantu para pelaku UKM dalam menyelesaikan kompleksitas permasalahan hukum terkait upaya hukum penyelesaian sengketa haki ditiap-tiap Kabupaten. Tujuan melakukan kegiatan Penyuluhan Hukum DAK non Fisik tahun 2023 yaitu untuk memberikan sosialiasi bagi Peserta Penyuluhan Hukum agar memahami dan mengetahui aspek hukum HAKI dalam melindungi si pemilik karya terutama bagi UMKM; memberikan pandangan bagi Peserta Penyuluhan Hukum urgensi dari terjadinya sengketa HAKI bagi UMKM; dan memberikan edukasi dan solusi yang dapat ditempuh bagi Peserta Penyuluhan Hukum dalam upaya hukum penyelesaian sengketa hak kekayaan intelektual bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris yang didapat dari wawancara secara langsung. Dari beberapa Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual, upaya hukum dari sengketa HAKI secara perdata dapat ditangani di Pengadilan Niaga dan Pengadilan Negeri. Yang menjadi kewenangan sengketa Pengadilan Niaga adalah Hak Cipta, Paten, Merek, Desain Industri, Tata Letak Sirkuit Terpadu, dan Indikasi Geografis, sedangkan yang menjadi wewenang Pengadilan Negeri adarlah Rahasia Dagang dan sengketa tentang Varietas Tanaman. Selain Penangangan secara Perdata, sengketa HAKI dapat juga merupakan pelanggaran hukum pidana yang dapat diproses oleh penyidik kepolisian. Kasus Pidana HAKI adalah merupakan delik aduan, yang berarti hanya dapat diproses oleh kepolisian / penyidik, jika pihak yang dirugikan telah melaporkannya.

This activity is carried out with the aim of enhancing the competencies and skills of construction workers in managing time, materials, and methods of work execution, particularly in brick wall construction at the Grand Masani housing development project in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang City. The Grand Masani housing complex, located on Inspektur Marzuki Street, Lematang Alley, Siring Agung, Ilir Barat I District, is one of the many commercial housing developments in the city of Palembang. With various highlighted facilities such as its proximity to government centers, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and being situated in a populated area, the Grand Masani housing complex becomes a highly strategic choice for residence. With the socialization of the effectiveness of brick wall work in housing projects in Palembang City, it can enhance the competence and skills of workers in their field. The result of this activity is that the workers can understand the effectiveness of the brick wall installation, allowing the work to be completed on time, effectively, and efficiently.

Pelatihan Legalitas dan Standarisasi Produk Menuju Usaha yang Berdaya Saing Bagi Pelaku UKM Kabupaten Lahat

In order to help SMEs in Lahat Regency to better understand the importance of legality and product standardization, training was held which is expected to provide comprehensive guidance for SMEs to obtain business legality and ensure their products meet applicable standards. The aim of this training is to increase SME players' understanding of the importance of business legality, help SMEs understand the procedures and requirements for obtaining business legality, provide knowledge about product standardization and the importance of product quality in market competition and encourage SMEs to be better prepared to face challenges in the global market with products. which has recognized legality and standards. This training was held for 3 days at the Lahat Regency Cooperatives and UMKM Service with a total of 30 participants. Concrete results from this training can be seen from the commitment of several SMEs to immediately take care of the legality of their businesses, and some participants have started planning to certify products in accordance with applicable standards. With these results, it is hoped that the training can help SMEs in Lahat Regency to develop more sustainably, open wider market access, and increase competitiveness through legality and standardized products.
