Kemampuan Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 OKU Mengidentifikasi Paragraf Deduktif dan Paragraf Induktif dalam Karangan Argumentasi

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the ability of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 OKU to identify deductive and inductive paragraphs in argumentative essays. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The population in this study was 216 people, the total sample was 38 using cluster samples. The data collection technique used in this research is a test in the form of essay questions. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that the ability of class 19%, 6 people enough or 18.19%, 3 people less or 9.10, 3 people failed or 9.10%. Thus, it can be concluded that class XI Science students at SMA Negeri 3 OKU are able to identify deductive and inductive paragraphs in argumentative essays.
