The role of agricultural extension as a facilitator, motivator, and supporter of farmers' activities is central in providing guidance to farmers regarding sustainable and environmentally friendly farm management. Research to understand the strengthening of farmers' capacity through agricultural extension was conducted in a study at the Agricultural Extension Center (Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian or BPP) in Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using the processes of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The BPP of Sukorejo District has shown a strong commitment to implementing agricultural extension programs with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Through regular monitoring and evaluation, the BPP ensures optimal use of budgets and resources and applies systematic data collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement feedback from farmers and other stakeholders. Strategies such as detailed planning, rigorous evaluation, and the use of effective technology and communication methods enable the BPP to achieve maximum results with minimal costs while maintaining high-quality extension services. The Farmers' Group Association (Gapoktan) also plays a crucial role in ensuring the program's success through active monitoring, evaluation, and feedback collection, as well as conducting regular evaluation meetings with the BPP to assess the progress and effectiveness of the extension services objectively. The close collaboration between the BPP and Gapoktan in various aspects of the extension program, including monitoring, evaluation, and information dissemination, demonstrates that a comprehensive and inclusive approach can enhance transparency, accountability, and program effectiveness. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that there were obstacles in infrastructure, community involvement, and coordination between related parties, although there were successes in improving pedestrian comfort and safety as well as partial community support. Key success factors were community involvement in planning and monitoring and the government's active role in budget allocation. (Dapil) III Langensari District, Banjar City.&nbsp; Research method method used is the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. descriptive method with a qualitative approach.&nbsp; The research informants consisted of from PDIP administrators in Dapil III, the success team, and the voters in Langensari Sub-district. in Langensari Subdistrict. The results showed that PDIP managed to utilize the 4P concept effectively in their campaign. The political products offered, in the form of programs and policies, succeeded in attracting voters' interest. Promotions carried out through mass media, social media, and direct campaigns were able to increase awareness and support for PDIP. campaigns were able to increase awareness and support for the party. Price in this context is interpreted as the party's efforts to reduce the cost for voters to support and vote for PDIP. The formulation of the problem in this writing is how the meaning of the Minggung procession (offerings to<br>ancestors at a wedding) in the wedding customs of the Gunung Tiga Village community is analyzed using symbolic<br>interactionism, which is usually carried out 2 days before the marriage contract by the Ulu Ogan community with<br>offerings, candles, incense, roses, and prayers for the ancestors. The Minggung Procession in the Wedding Customs of<br>the Ulu Ogan community is analyzed using Symbolic Interactionism Theory to see the meaning and agreement of Mind,<br>Self, and Society. This type of research is qualitative, with in-depth interview methods. This research paradigm is<br>constructivist. The research results found that the meaning of Minggung agreed upon by the Ulu Ogan community is<br>based on self, mind, and society, the meaning of Minggung is respect for ancestors which is a form of ritual<br>communication.
