Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of human resource development consisting of education and training on employee performance. The sample technique is census, which is 45 employees of Malahayati University. After multiple regression analysis was performed, it was obtained that the level of education and training had a significant effect on the performance of Malahayati University employees, either simultaneously or partially. Training has a dominant influence compared to education level. This result is also supported by the category of descriptive statistical assessment which is on average high.
