Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM). The data collection technique used in this study was through distributing questionnaires. Total population was 68 employees of PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that partially or t test there was an influence of organizational culture on employees' performance at PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM) with a tcount of (8.657) and ttable (1.99714). Thus it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In the motivational variable there was a motivational influence on the performance of employees at PT. Minanga Group with a tcountof (5.545) and ttable (1.99714). Thus it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the study found that Fcount was 197,062. These results were then compared with F tables, F tables were obtained bylooking at (df1= number ofvariables–1) =3-1=2 and (df2=n-k-1)= 68-2-1=65 at a 95% confidence level or α = 5% obtained Ftable 3.14. So Fcount 197.062 &gt; Ftable 3.14 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that simultaneously there was a significant influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM).The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained&nbsp; was0.858. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2017-2022 Period. The analytical method used in this research </em><em>wa</em><em>s multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. Apart from that, this research also carried out classical assumption tests which include</em><em>s</em><em> normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. Sinarmas Distributor Nusantara Baturaja Branch. The data for this research were collected through questionnaire distribution. The population size was 36 people. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. Based on the partial hypothesis testing, work stress (X1) had a significant influence on job satisfaction at PT. Sinarmas Distributor Nusantara Baturaja Branch, and the motivation variable (X2) had a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Sinarmas Distributor Nusantara Baturaja Branch. Simultaneously, work stress (X1) and motivation (X2) had a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Sinarmas Distributor Nusantara Baturaja Branch. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.902, indicating that 90.2% of the contribution to job satisfaction at PT. This type of research is quantitative, the data used in this research is cross section secondary data published by Bank Indonesia (BI). The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index Price for the 2019-2021 period. The coefficient of determination value obtained is an R square value of 0.502 or equal to 50.2%. This shows that the contribution of the influence of inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index Price for the 2019-2021 period is 50.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research, such as interest rates, levels of imports of goods, political and legal conditions and overall stock market conditions which influence the price of the Indonesian sharia stock index.</em></p> M. The population in this study were 63 employees of the DPRD Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The analytical method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explained that the t-count of each Leadership Style variable (X1) was 5.881 and Work Involvement (X2) was 7.023, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.00030 which stated that all variables had a significant influence on the Performance of Regency DPRD Office Employees. Ogan Komering Ulu. The calculated F value of 100.601 was greater than the F table of 3.15 which stated that together Leadership Style and Work Involvement had a significant influence on the Performance of Regency DPRD Office Employees. The results of the T test and F test showed that there was an influence of job satisfaction and work loyalty on employees' performance at PT. Patra Drilling Contractor Air Serdang Peninjauan, Ogan Komering Ulu either partially or simultaneously.
