Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja. The data collection technique in this research was through distributing questionnaires to a population of 40 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the partial analysis, there was an influence of the Teamwork variable on Employees' Performance at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja with a value of tcount 6.215 &gt;ttable 2.026, there was an influence of the Work Discipline variable on Employees' Performance at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja with a value of tcount 6.341 &gt;ttable 2.026, it was simultaneously found that there was an influence of Teamwork and Work Discipline on Employees' Performance at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja with a Fcount value of 101,431 &gt;Ftable 3.25. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.885, this showed the contribution of the influence of Teamwork and Work Discipline on Employees' Performance at PT. The data collection technique used in this study was through distributing questionnaires. The total population is 32 people. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that the teamwork variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja and the organizational commitment variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja. Simultaneously teamwork (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja. This research had 44 employees as respondents. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is clear that the calculated t for each Work Ethic variable (X1) is 3.216 and Work Environment (X2) is 3.727, which is greater than the t table value of 2.019, stating that all variables have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the West Baturaja District Head Office. The calculated F value of 44.027 is greater than the F table of 3.23, indicating that together the work ethic and work environment influence the performance of the employees of the West Baturaja Subdistrict Office. The sample selection technique used the Purposive Sampling technique, with the determination of samples based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis used panel regression using Eviews tools.</em></p> <p><em>Based on the results of the research, the simultaneous test showed that credit risk (NPL), liquidity risk (LDR), and operational risk (BOPO) had a significant influence on financial performance (ROA). The results of the partial test showed that credit risk (NPL) and operational risk (BOPO) had a negative significant influence on financial performance (ROA), while liquidity risk (LDR) had a positive significant influence on financial performance (ROA) and the results of the determination coefficient test showed that the variables of credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk could explain the variation of the financial performance variables by 92.6%, while the remaining 7.4% was explained by other variables not included in the research model such as market risk and others.</em></p> 2024-12-21T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
