Abstract

Cost and time control is part of overall project management. Besides assessment in terms of quality, the achievement of a project can also be assessed in terms of cost and time. The cost has been incurred and the time taken to compl0ete a project can be measured quantitatively continuing deviation from the plan. The result value concept method is the concept of calculating the amount of costs according to the budget in accordance with the work that has been completed or carried out. In line with the development of the increasing level of project complexity, it often happens project completion delays and cost overruns. Based on the results of research that has carried out until the 6th month of the Type B Stadium Construction Project, South OKU Regency with using the Earned Value method, several conclusions were obtained in this study. To the time performance of the ECD value is 10.4 months. This shows the implementation time of the Development project South OKU Regency Type B Stadium will experience a delay of 2.4 months because at first project is planned in 8 months. For cost performance the value of ETC is Rp. 3,726,089,899 grades ETC shows the estimated final project cost decreased by 27.6% (Rp. 2,258,688,297) initially planned Rp. 8,196,080,794. Suggestions that can be given in this project is to complete a Review Design and CCO (Contract Change Order) as well as add time or Time Addendum.
