Abstract

School Buildings, Along with the times, humans continue to try to fulfill their various needs in life. One of them is the need for space. Buildings are a form of fulfilling human needs for space. Humans make a lot of various buildings for various activities, ranging from residential houses, office buildings, sports buildings, buildings for worship to buildings for academic activities. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Guidelines for Building Maintenance and Maintenance, a building is a physical form of the result of construction work that is integrated with its domicile, partially or wholly located above and in the land and water, which functions as a place for humans to carry out their activities, whether for residence or residence, religious activities, business activities, social activities, culture, or special activities. After completion of construction, the building is expected to function properly until its design life. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of buildings in SMAN 1 OKU and SMAN 4 OKU schools, with the Multiple Linear Regression Method. Primary data used: SMAN 1 OKU.
