ANALISIS KETAHANAN PANGAN PETANI IKAN PATIN DI DESA LIMAN SARI KECAMATAN BUAY MADANG TIMUR KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU TIMUR
Abstract
Freshwater fish farming in South Sumatra, especially East OKU Regency, is quite attractive, this is
evidenced by the large enough profits that farmers get so that they can meet their daily needs, while
the time it takes is not too long. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the food
security of catfish farmers in Liman Sari Village, Buay Madang Timur District, Ogan Komering
Ulu Timur Regency. This research was conducted in Liman Sari Village, Buay Madang Timur
District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. This research was conducted in June 2017. The
method used in this study is a survey method. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using
qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the share value of household food
expenditure of catfish farmers in Liman Sari Village with pond sizes of 10M X 15M and 5M X 10M
was 39.94% and 42.95% or less than 60%, it can be concluded that the level of home food security
The ladder of catfish farmers in Liman Sari Village, Buay Madang Timur District, Ogan Komering
Ulu Timur Regency is at the level of food security.
