The method used was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools. This study used secondary data obtained from the official BI website and the official Yahoo Finance website with time series data over 5 years from 2018 to 2022.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study showed that the variables of Inflation, Dollar Exchange Rate (USD/IDR), Nikkei 225 Index, and Hang Seng Index significantly influenced the Composite Stock Price Index simultaneously. However, partially, the Dollar Exchange Rate had a negative and insignificant influence on the Composite Stock Price Index, while the variables of Inflation, Nikkei 225 Index, and Hang Seng Index had a positive and significant influence on the Composite Stock Price Index. KERETA API INDONESIA 2024-08-08T18:10:34+00:00 Vemi Fytaloka priskatiautami@gmail.com Nidyawati Gumay nidyawatigumay99@gmail.com <p><em>From the results of the analysis discussed previously, the author can draw the following conclusions: The value of the multiple linear regression equation shows that the Management Information System variable (X1) has a dominant influence because the regression coefficient value is the largest, namely 0.053, while the Work Facilities variable (X2) has a regression value of 0.010. </em></p> <p><em>The Pearson correlation between Management Information Systems and Work Facilities and Work Productivity is 0.971 because the correlation value is 0.900 – 1.000, it is concluded that the correlation is 29. Management Information Systems and Work Facilities with Work Productivity are very strong. The coefficient of determination is 94.20% for the Work Productivity (Y) variable at UPT. The Inventory Warehouse at the PT.KAI Lahat Logistics Unit is influenced by the Management Information System (X1) and Work Facilities (X2) variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 5.8% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the F test research showed that the P-Value was 0.014 &lt;0.05, so it can be concluded that the Management Information System variable (X1) has an effect on Work Productivity (Y) at UPT. The method used was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools. This study used secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) with time series data for 18 years, from 2005-2022. The data processing was carried out with the assistance of computer applications, namely the SPSS program.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study showed that the variables of Population Growth (X1) and Inflation Rate (X2) had a significant influence on Economic Growth in Indonesia simultaneously. However, partially, the Population Growth variable (X1) had a positive and significant influence on Economic Growth in Indonesia, while the Inflation Rate variable (X2) had a negative and significant influence on Economic Growth in Indonesia from 2005-2022. The method used was a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. This study used secondary data obtained from the financial statements of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), with time series data over 16 years. The data processing was conducted with the help of the SPSS program.</em></p> <p><em>Based on the research results, it was explained that Non-Performing Financing (X1) and Operational Revenue Costs (X2) had a significant influence on Profitability (Y) at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah simultaneously. However, partially, the Non-Performing Financing variable (X1) had a negative and significant influence on Profitability at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, and the Operational Revenue Costs variable (X2) had a negative and significant influence on Profitability at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.937, indicating that the influence of Non- Performing Financing and Operational Revenue Costs (X) together explained 93.7% of the variation in Profitability (Y), measured by Return on Assets, at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah for the period 2008-2023. The method used to analyze the problem in this research was a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Based on the research results, it was explained that simultaneously, Investment (X<sub>1</sub>) and Labor (X<sub>2</sub>) together influenced the Gross Regional Domestic Product (Y), where the F-calculated result was greater than the F-table value, or 359.983 &gt; 3.59. Investment (X<sub>1</sub>) had a positive and significant partial influence on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (Y), where the t-calculated value was less than the t-table value, 3.061 &lt; 2.10982, with a significance value of 0.007. Labor (X<sub>2</sub>) had a positive and significant partial influence on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (Y), where the t&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </em></p> <p><em>-calculated value was greater than the t-table value, 9.104 &gt; 2.10982, with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value was 0.977.
